Part 1 – Write a summary of your understanding of Lifestyle Medicine.
Part 2 – Write up a 10 step biohacking strategy for yourself, a family member or client on how to achieve greater healthy, energy and longevity.
Part 3 – Based on the activities covered in this module. Complete one or two of these activities yourself and discuss in class next week. Experiment with sauna, massage, ecstatic dance, meditation etc
