* Water gives softer texture / oil gives crunchy biscuit type

Milled flax, almonds, dates, herbs, water. (Make paste with almonds, water, herbs, dates then mix with milled flax seeds. Dehydrate)

Sweet pancakes/crepes:

Shredded apple, olive, salt, spice (cinnamon), dates, milled flax seeds, water, optional (banana/coconut meat)

Donuts:

Almonds, oats, vanilla, pecans, coconut flakes, cacao powder, salt, dates, liquorice tea

1/2 cup of ground almonds

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/4 cup of lucuma
