Student Summary 11

Goal: How can I create and sustain optimal health with activities, behaviours and attitudes other than diet.

Pursuit: Biohacking is a wonderful summary of our pursuit here, which is taking control of our environment within and around us to ultimately control our biology which in turn gives us control on our health, happiness, relationships and longevity.

Evaluation: All emotions, bodily sensations, feeling states are powerful signals of the body mind homeostatic position. A useful acronym for pain is pay attention inward now. Use this principle to bring daily curiosity to energy levels, emotions, mood, focus etc to evaluate how you are, listen to all signals and act upon this to get more hydrated, get more sleep, get more movement, get more touch, more connection, more expression etc according to the lifestyle aspects in this module and module 12.
