Almond Nut Milk

10 organic Almond nuts activated (Soaked for 8 hours and rinsed and freeze)

1/4 Teaspoon of coconut oil cold pressed virgin organic ( optional )

1 pinch of salt pink Himalayan salt or sea salt

1 tablespoon of Licorice root 4 organic dates or 1 tablespoons of date paste

1/4 vanilla pod ( Optional)

Optional extras:

1 Teaspoon of organic Maca powder

1 Tablespoon of cacao nibs

1 Tablespoon of Spirulina Powder

* You can substitute the Almond nut with any version of nut or seed for this recipe*

* Freeze Nuts after being soaked and rinsed if desired, there is little evidence to suggest that freezing nuts affects the enzymes in nuts due to their low water content. Freezing the nuts prior to making smoothies makes a much creamier smoothie and also prevents the nut milk from turning warm after blending *

Add all ingredients into Blender and blend for one minute, empty mylk into a nut mylk bag to strain all fiber, keep this fiber for dehydration for use in cookies as nut flour. If using hemp seeds you will not be able to re use the pulp for flour because of the shells.

Green smoothie

1 Litre of Nut Mylk of Choice as base

2-4 bananas

2 Tablespoons of Spirulina

Extra dates to Sweeten if Desired

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.

* You can also use Chlorella in this Recipe or you can used Fresh kale, Spinach and other green leaves*

Cacao Elixir Smoothie

1 Litre of Nut Mylk of Choice as base

2-4 bananas

2 Tablespoons of organic raw Cacao powder

2 Tablespoons of organic raw carob powder

2 drops of organic essential peppermint oil

2 tablespoons of Goji berries (best if softened in water)

1 tablespoon of organic Maca

Extra dates to Sweeten if Desired

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.

Spicy malted Smoothie 

1 Litre of Nut Mylk of Choice as base

2-4 bananas

1 teaspoon of organic cinnamon

1 teaspoon of organic cardamom

1 tablespoon of organic Maca

1 tablespoon of soaked chia seeds

Extra dates to Sweeten if Desired

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.

* The following are suggested combinations that work really well, the quantity of each ingredient will depend on your desired taste , so play around with different quantities *

Chia Lemonade

1 lemon

1 lime

2 teaspoons of organic chia seeds

1 teaspoon of msm

Water

1 pinch of sea salt or pink salt

Juice the lemon and lime with a citrus press, then add to water and add the remaining ingredients, place in a jar. Shake jar and allow drink to infuse for a few hours.

Wheatgrass Cocktail

1 tray of organic wheatgrass

1 tray of organic sunflower shoots

300g of organic alfalfa sprouts

1 tray of organic pea shoots

1 piece of organic turmeric

2 organic lemons

½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper

Juice everything and mix together to make a perfect “wake me up Shot”

Green detoxifying juice 

1 Organic Celery

1 Organic Cucumber

1 bunch Organic Kale

1 bunch Organic Spinach

1 bunch Organic Chard

1 bunch Organic dandelion leaves

1 bunch Organic sorrel leaves

2 Organic green apples

1 Organic Lemon

1 piece Organic ginger

1 piece of organic turmeric

1 pinch of organic cayenne pepper

100g of organic alfalfa sprouts

Juice everything together, this is our juice recipe from our Life Change Program and it is a very strong medicinal juice full of minerals and nutrients. This will rapidly excel the detoxification process. For a lighter version just drop some of the greens and leave out cayenne and turmeric.
